When MyFarm Investments was established in 1990, our focus was on the purchase and syndication of carefully selected dairy farms.
Drawing on our collective agribusiness experience as farm owners and managers, we developed an alternative to outright ownership for accessing farming returns.
Between 1992 and 2014, MyFarm provided investors with opportunities to invest in top-tier farms with potential to add value, as well as new farm developments and distressed assets. During this period, our investors purchased $829 million of assets returning an average 10.2% p.a. between 1992 and June 2017.
Our involvement in dairy today is centred on the management of a handful of syndicates. We continue to maintain a watching brief with a lease or lease + profit share model likely in the future.
