Expressway was first syndicated in April 2017 with the purchase of 15.69 canopy ha property located at Paengaroa
In 2020 the partnership expanded and diversified its SunGold orchard investment by purchasing a second high-quality young orchard in the eastern Bay of Plenty.
With conversion of the last Hayward green block in the winter of 2024 all the orchard is now planted in Sin Gold.
In 2024 Expressway became one of 11 syndicates to join the MyFarm KiwiFruit Fund now currently owning 17 properties which can be viewed in the Orchard Portfolio.
