MyFarm launched the CQuest Carbon and Forestation Fund in 2021 to purchase and develop production forests, which included carbon production in the first forest rotation.

This month, the original CQuest investors will realise an actual return of 50% on their initial investment following an institutional investor's purchase of the Fund's entire forestry portfolio. This return is a 16% p.a. return using the IRR methodology.

This stellar result was driven by careful selection of the right properties, successful development and establishment of the forests, and professional management from our forestry partners.

This year, MyFarm is seeking to build on this success and is now inviting applications from wholesale investors to invest in CQuest Forestry Fund Limited Partnership, our latest carbon and forestry investment, which targets equivalent returns of 9-12% p.a. over its lifetime.

• The Fund is looking to raise $7.0 - $13.6 million to purchase and plant up to 1,000 hectares in 2025.
• It aims to expand the portfolio of forests to 2,000 hectares during the next three years.
