This large-scale Marlborough vineyard is located in the Awatere Valley with 127 cha of established vineyard predominantly planted in Sauvignon Blanc (110 cha).
With more investors seeking regular cash income than ever before, MyFarm and the Directors of the LP have made some important changes to the Offer in Awatere Valley LP in order to meet this need, including:
- Average forecast cash returns of 7.5 – 8% p.a. are now being paid monthly.
- The minimum investment has been reduced to $50,000.
