MyFarm has secured a contract to purchase the bulk retail property leased to RD1/Farm Source at 6 Bill Richardson Drive, Invercargill. The purchase price is $3.2 million.

We are seeking $900,000 to complete this total capital raise of $1.9 million and establish FS Invercargill Limited Partnership. The minimum investment level is $100,000.

Key aspects of this offer:

  • Purpose built commercial building (1,294 m2) constructed 2012 and comprising large bulk retail store, warehouse storage and 4,330 m2 of asphalted access ways and car parks
  • Forecast cash returns (paid monthly):
    • 7.5% in Years 1-3
    • 8% from Year 4
  • Secure tenant (Farm Source – a wholly owned subsidiary of Fonterra)
  • Minimum investment $100,000.
